This website has initiated by Pinki Yaka, a property enthusiasm, partly as a hobby and partly as part of business activities and publicity to his Real Estate Agent’s activities.

The reaction and respond to this website was so positive that prompted him to continue put in fresh update. The site is currently run on a non-profit basis, as a hobby (a hobby which got out of hand sometimes) and also to give something that knowledgeable and valuable to public especially mortgage novice, which he learned to know and experience in mortgage for property investment and activities. 

The aim of this website is, 

1. To provide mortgage information to the public to help them add value to their decision making on taking and selecting mortgage, 

2. To provide information to the public to help to them understand on mortgage financing that they should known for their particular property transaction.

3. To provide news and information about the mortgage market and various other mortgage related issue and anybody else interested in the mortgage market.
